Conditions on 'Made to your size'

- Orders can not be refunded or exchanged 

- A $35 fee applies for alterations for the incorrect size given; plus shipping charges 

Other refund conditions:

- Clothing must not be worn, damaged or altered 

- Tags still attached and in a saleable condition 

- Returned within 7 days of receiving the product 

How to make a return: 

1. Email bonnieewithtwoe.s@gmail.com to let us know what you you would like to return. Please attach the order number and photos if the product is faulty. 

2. Once we have received your email we will respond within 1-2 business days on the return address. 

3. When your refund has been approved please package up your item in the original packing you received the garment in and send it back within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation email. Please email us the tracking number. 

4. Once the package arrives back to us we will send you a confirmation email and process the refund. 

Important information:

- Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund after we have received the package. 

- Please return the package using a traceable service so you know when we have received it. e.g. AUSPOST. 

- All shipping costs on returns are at the cost of the customer and are not payable by Bonniee.

- Lost or stolen parcels are not liable to Bonniee. 

The initial postage cost will not be refunded to you.
