Refund Conditions

  • Items must not be worn, damaged, or altered.

  • Tags must remain attached and the item must be in a saleable condition.

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


Conditions for Made-to-Your-Size Orders

  • Made-to-your-size orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • A $35 fee applies for alterations if an incorrect size was provided, plus any shipping charges.


How to Make a Return

  1. Email bonnieewithtwoe.s@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Please include photos if the product is faulty.

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with the return address.

  3. Once your return is approved, package the item in its original packaging and send it back within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation email. Please email us the tracking number.

  4. When we receive your package, we will send a confirmation email and process your refund.


Important Information

  • Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund after we receive your package.

  • Use a traceable shipping service (e.g., Australia Post) to ensure your return is received.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Bonniee is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

  • The original postage cost will not be refunded.
